Beginning anew with a new month ... Come September I will begin my Vegan Raw lifestyle.

Middle Age
Domenick and I are both 52, and at least 30lbs over weight. We both have very little energy, never exercise, work way too many hours, and feel the aches and pains of middle age. It's not what we had in mind when we turned 50 ... so, I'm making a conserted effort (April 2010) to change my lifestyle. Domenick ... well, let's just say, he likes his life just the way it is.
I'm the luckiest girl in the world
**My husband loves me.
**He thinks I'm cool, when everyone else thinks I'm a bit of a nerd. I love that!
I am very grateful to have such an amazing man to share my crazy life with.

- NO FISH (04/2010)
- NO COFFEE (06/2005)
- NO DAIRY (04/2010)
- NO WHITE SUGAR (04/2010)
- NO CHICKEN (11/2006)
- NO RED MEAT (11/2006)
What Viv Strives for:
- VEGAN RAW
- Prepare ahead, all meals
- Meal 15% = Cooked
- Meal 70% = Raw Veggies
- Meal 15% = Fruits
- 8 Glasses/Water, Daily
- Walk 2 Miles
- Cross Country Cycling

- Lots of cheese
- Lots of "Grape" Soda
- Thick Juicy Steak
- Ice Cream
- Bread. Bread. Bread.
- Pasta! Pasta! Pasta!
- A Cigar, of course!
